I wish to thank you personally for the assistance you provided in obtaining Disability Benefits for John. You will recall that this was a very frustrating situation for the family as a number of attempts to obtain benefits had been unsuccessful.

You should be aware that estate plans for people with disabilities are unique and that most competent lawyers who are involved in estate planning should immediately recognize the situation. What they may lack is knowledge regarding the specific needs of your child. However you can supply this information at the time of your estate planning conference.
