The list of relatives to whom the unused portion of an individuals disability tax credit may be transferred to, includes a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, nephew or niece of that individual or their spouse, common-law partner, provided the disabled individual is at least partially dependent on them for support.
