The LifeTRUST Plan has eased my mind from the terrible burden of “what will happen to my son when I’m gone? Who will support him? Will he have those “extra’s I’ve seen to while I was here” The program is simple. My son will receive through a trustee of my choosing whatever he needs at regular intervals, not to exceed the government cap. The fund will supplement whatever benefits he receives from the government. That is what life insurance is all about. I not only support it but promote it to anyone who cares about what happens to their children when they are gone. “You’re in good hands with LifeTRUST Planning, and a good lawyer to set up the trust.

Getting started - a synopsis
Start by setting realistic goals with a thorough understanding of your child's needs. Make contingency plans that can keep you on course when things go wrong. What are your dreams for your child's future, where will your child live? What type Lifestyle will your child have? Give future caregivers a complete picture of your child. Their particular likes and dislikes, such as how they express themselves, who their friends are, their hairstylist, barber, doctor, dentist, the names and addresses of their siblings, their education, and everything you know about your child. Their are worksheets in our “Lifetime Security”, Planning kit that will give your child’s future caregivers a complete picture of your wishes and desires, after you've gone. Lifetime Financial Needs
Before your plan is formulated, you must complete a comprehensive cost analysis on how much you are now spending for your child comfort, such as housing, clothes, entertainment, leisure activities, medical/dental, transportation and furniture etc. Prepare a list of all your assets, including any properties you own, personal possessions, money you have set aside and any business interests you have. Now list all your liabilities and any financial obligations. Deduct the liabilities from your assets and the result is your net worth. This will determine how much money you have accumulated to fund a future financial plan for your child. Their are  worksheets in our “Lifetime Security“ Planning kit that will guide you through this process. Click here to learn more about our “Lifetime Security“ planning kit.

Lifetime Legal Directives
Ensure the proper legal documents exist to protect your plans and your loved ones inheritance from government control. A properly drafted will and an absolute discretionary trust are essential in maintaining your child's entitlement to government support. Their are sample trust agreements and legal planning worksheets in our “Lifetime Security” Planning kit that will guide you through this process.
